Special Inpsection No. 88-31 On March 2,1988, Mr. John Pelchat of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities permitted by the ~ general license as author-ized by 10 CFR 31.5.
The inspection was limite _ to a review of your possession and use of static eliminators manufactured by.the Minnesota Mining and Manuf6cturing Company (3M).
The findings of the inspection were discussed with yourself at the conclusion of the inspection.
Selected surveys were performed at your facility using a Ludlum Model 61 air proportional counter.
Several areas of contamination were identifed at that time which required further decontamination effort.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
