SUBJECT:

OMAHA VETERANS ADMINISTRATION TRIGA REACTOR EMERGENCY PLAN On March 3, 1988, the Omaha Veterans Administration Medical Center (VA) subnitted changes to their 1RIGA Reactor Emergency Plan pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54q. The Emergency Preparedness Branch of NRR has reviewed the changes to the plan and has determined that the changes to Sections 7.2.2.1.1 and 8.5.4 are changes to the radiation protection program. Would you please review these changes and coment on their acceptability by May 20, 1988.
