DESCRIPTION:

The Model 120 changer is identical with the Cumberland Research Corporation Model D changer with the exception of the tube assembly which is specially made to fit the Cumberland Research Corporation Model 120 exposure device outle't fitting.

SAFETY ANALYSIS SUMMILRY :

As of the effective date of this document, The Model 120 Radiography Source Changer is no longer manufactured and distributed by Cumberland Research Corporation. Cumberland Research Corporation's materials license expired on July 31, 1977 and the company is no longer in business.

This device was approved for licensing purposes by the Atomic l Energy Commission (AEC) on July 23, 1970. There is insufficient information on file for this device to perform a safety

evaluation. Therefore, this certificate is being reissued l

without further review based on the original review and approval issued by AEC.
