Reference:
W. T. Subalusky to U.S. NRC letter dated May 27,1997, Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and NPF-18, and Appendix A, Technical Specifications, Section 5, Design Features, and Section 6, Administrative Controls.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison Company submitted the Referenced letter to Amend Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and NPF-18, Appendix A, Technical Specification Changes to Section 5, Design Features, and Section 6, Administrative Controls. The purpose of this letter is to supplement the Referenced letter based on discussions during a conference call between the NRR Project Manager for LaSalle and Comed i
on July 15,1997.
The Referenced letter proposed to change the title of the Site Quality Verification Director in Specification 6.1.C.5 to the Safety Assessment / Site Quality Verification Manager. This supplement proposes to change that title to the Manager of Quality and Safety Assessment. No other changes are proposed to the Referenced.

This proposed supplement to the amendment has been reviewed and approved by Comed On-Site and Off-Site Review in accordance with procedures.
