Non-substantive changes to the information in the DlQ means those changes not requiring amendment of the Transitional Facility Attachment. Such changes shall be provided by Concise Note (Form DOE /NRC-740M) within 30 days of j

receiving notification from the NRC that the facility has been identified under Article 39(b) of the US/IAEA Safeguards Agreement.
