W. T. Subalusky letter to U.S. NRC dated March 21,1997, Transmitting LaSalle County's response to Notice of Violation in Reference 2, we provided our response to violation 373/374-9601901b related to a failure to follow procedures. A part of our corrective action was to implement by August 7,1997, a permanent administrative procedure covering the appropriate reviews of non-station procedures. Implementation of this new procedure also requires the revision of eight other procedures. The work associated with implementing this procedure i_s well under way but cannot be completed by August 7,1997, as previously identified. This administrative procedure will be implemented by August 31,1997.
