DOCKET NOS 50-445 AND 50-446 CABLE TRAY TEE FITTINGS SDAR:
CP-85-50 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On September 30, 1987, we notified you via our final report logged TXX-6771 of a deficiency involving the use of improper welding processes in the manufacturing of cable tray tee fittings. Our latest supplemental report was logged TXX-88498, dated June 14, 1988.
The purpose of this report is to update the status of the corrective actions for Unit 1.
Activities specified in TXX-88498 with an estimated completion date of July 27, 1988, have been rescheduled to November 30, 1988.
If any modifications are required as a result of the engineering evaluation previously described in TXX-88498, we will notify you of the implementation schedule by November 30, 1988.
The completion schedule for Unit 2 has not changed.
