Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from July 31. 1997 to December 31. 1997 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
The sentence under Subsection F.8.. " DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)"
is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"This contract shall commence on November 28. 1993 and shall expire on December 31. 1997."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged including the ceiling amount of $381.065.59.
A summary of obligations from award date, through the date of this action are as follows:
