SEDIMENTATION POND ENGINEERING REPORT - SUBMITTAL DELAY This is in follow up to Treena G. Piznar's July 21 telephone conversation with Michael L, Poe, Edward W. Robertson, and David Sorrelle (TVA) regarding the BFN. sedimentation pond engineering report that was scheduled for submittal to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) on July 29. Because of intense ef forts related to plant restart, this project was not given proper priority by the site engineering staff. As a result, work relating to the engineering report did not begin until JJ1y 18. We estimate that this work effort will take approximately 16 working days. Based on this estimate and the necessary time for a thorough internal review, the report will be submitted to ADEM by September 1.
