Dear Mr. Richardson:
This is in response to your letter of July 5,1984 regarding Office of 1
Investigations Report H-83-002 regarding Richard Parks' allegations of discrimination by Bechtel North Anerican Power Corporation at Three Nile Island, Unit 2.
In your letter you urged that no further action be taken by NRC with regard to Mr. Parks' allegations.
As is routine with results of NRC investigations, the matter is currently under consideration by the NRC staff for possible enforcement action.
You will be advised of the results of this review.
