DOCKET N05, 50 445 AND 50-446 CONSUMABLE ETERIALS REPLACEMENT PROGRAM SDAR: CP-87-47 (SUPPLEMENTAL RtPORT)
Gentlemen:
On February 9,1988, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-88215 of a deficiency involving the consumable materials replacement program which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
This supplemental report is submitted to provide the status of corrective actions.
The review to determine which components are lubricated with substituted lubricants has been completed.
The implementation of NE0 6.05, originally scheduled for completion by July 15, 1988, has been rescheduled for completion by September 20, 1988.
The other corrective actions for this issue are continuing as scheduled in TXX-88215.
