1. $100,000 in incremental funding is hereby allotted to this contract. As a result, Section B.3

' Consideration and Obligation is hereby replaced with the following Section B.3 below:

B.3 ' CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FlXED FEE l

i (a) The total estimated cost to the Govemment for full performance of this j

contract is $2,617,575 (excluding options), of which the sum of $2,423,680 i

represents the reimbursable costs, and of which $193,805 represents the fixed j

l-fee.

(b) There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee j

l by reason of differences between any estimate of costs for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.

l-(c) The amount obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is l

$2,005,000, of which the sum of $1,857,901 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $147,009 represents the fixed fee.

(d) The total estimated cost to the Govemment for the Option specified under l

C.3.d.(14), if exercised, is $279,437.
