MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO TASK ORDER NO. 13 ENTITLED " TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR SPENT FUEL STORAGE F4CILITY STAN9ARD REVIEW l
PLAN" UNDER CONTRACT NO NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) confirm verbal authorization provided to you by Ms. Anita Hughes of my staff on July 1. 1997, which extended the period of performance of the subject task order at no cost.
through July 11, 1997.' This extension is to allow for the continuance of work until a decision was made as to the need for a further extension, and 3
(2) further extend the task order's expiration date from July 11, 1997 through March 31, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government..This extension is necessitated to allow the contractor adequate time to respond to comments provided by the public and NRC on a draft Standard Review Plan (SRP).
revise the SRP to incorporate these comments, and submit the final SRP for NRC's review and approval.
As the extended period of performance expired on July ll., 1997, any costs incurred between July 12. 1997 and July 24. 1997 will not be reimbursed by the Government.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award " this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to the subject task order.
The second paragraph of the definitization letter of the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof-
" Task Order No.13 shall be in effect from April 3.1996 through March 31.
1998. The total cost ceiling is $338.689, of which $314.207 represents the i
. total estimated reimbursable costs, and $24.482 represents the fixed fee "
