Dear Dr. Murley:
The attached temporary change, Revision 17 to the Moctified A.unded Security Plan (MASP), was discussed with the NRC Region III Safeguards Reviewer J. L. Belan6cr and is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The designated teeporary change to a vital area boundary is being made to support the Unit 2 Steam Generator Repair Project (SCRP).
The details of the temporary change are found in Attach =ent 1.

this attached informatian involves a subject matter which is except from disclosure, it is being protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
It is requested that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
