COMMISSION TESTIMONY TO THE UDALL SUBCOMMITTEE HEARING ON APRIL 26. 1983 (GREEN TICKET LETTER 13020)
Enclosed is the proposed Chairman's testimony regarding the developments since April 1982 at TMI, requested by Congressman Udall in his August 13, 1983 letter to the Chairman.
The testimony consists of a summary to be presented orally by the Chairwan with attached responses to the five specific issues of particular interest to the Subcommittee in Q&A format.
Ue have placed the entire testimony on IBM 5520 at Cress to facilitate final editing by Congressional Affairs.
