On January 29, 1988. Georgia Power Company (GPC) submitted an application for temporary exemption from compliance vith 10 CFR 50.46 by our letter SL-4065. to that letter was a Westinghouse Electric Corporation "Sensitivity Study and Safety Evaluation" which was marked as Hestinghouse proprietary class 2 information. After discussion with Hestinghouse representatives, it has been determined that the subject information can be regarded as non-proprietary and released to the public document roort.
