Dear Mr. Sievers:
This letter serves to confirm our discussion over the telephone held on Monday, July 11, 1988 during which we established a schedule for the review of the three Topical Reports under Task Order No.14 (FIN N0. 01082). We agreed that draft recomendations for coments and questions on each of the Reports would be submitted to the NRC as follows:

Babcock & Wilcox 08/05/88 I wili review these recomendations with you prior to any submission to the Topical Report vendors. As discussed,'we will establish a schedule for development of the draft section of the technical evaluation memorandum for each of the three Topiui Reports after the round of questions and coments with the vendors is underway.
