In accordance with the reference, the following information is being provided l
to assist the staff in providing resourcos to meet the SQN unit I restart schedule.

1.
SQN unit 1 is expected to commence heatup (modo 4) in September 1988, l
2.
SQN unit i restart (modo 2) is expected two to three wooks later.
3.
The SQN unit 1 heatup profile is provided in onclosuro 1, "Unit 1 Restart Plan."
4.
The SQN unit I startup power ascension program is provided in enclosuro 2, "SQN Unit 1 - Modo 2 & Modo 1 Progrost."
