In addition f"'55 has requested industry coment0 en the revised draft aisc we new have to preparc an additional analysis of the ,
effect of this proposed rule en small business in accordance with the Per,ulatory Flexibility Act.
It now appears that the Mrecimr.t States have f o substantive probic:.m. with the revised rule. Industry ccurents are still comins in but apreer faveraMe.
