Subject:
Inquiry No.88-034 This refers to a telephone inouiry by Mr. C. T. Oberg of this office with you on March 3 and 9, 1988. This inquiry concerned activities permitted by the General License as authorized by 10 CFR 31.5.
The inquiry was in regard to your possession and use of static eliminators manufactured by the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M).
From this discussion, it is our understanding that you have never used licensed material under authorization of this license and do not intend to use material in the near' future.
If our understandings are incorrect, please inform us in writing.
4 In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice,".Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
