Dear Mr. Healy:
This is to inform you that arrangements have been made for our inspectors, Messrs. Walter Haass and Robert Pettis to visit your offices at the World Trade Center beginning on August 3, 1988 for two or three days to audit your procedures and records regarding vendor evaluations and safety-related procurements for items purchased for the Waterford Steam Electric Station. You may recall that this inspection was previously scheduled for March 28, 1988. The new arrange- i ments were made with your Mr.-Sal Sparacino by telephone on July 13, 1988.
