My review of this report note the following issues:

1.

NRR (a) Licensing actions completed appear to be lagging well below the planned level.

In addition, few have been sent to the Regions for action.

(b) Project Manager turnover appears to be very high.

NRR should review the issuesand advise me of corrective action taken or difficulties beyond their control.

Five training weeks were lost because of insufficient student registration.
