This is in response to your memorandum of January 19, 1981 regarding the submission of data for the President's Annual Privacy Act Report to Congress.

Please find enclosed the completed data forms pertaining to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's administration of the Privacy Act, including information regarding the NRC Systems of Records and the processing of Privacy Act requests during 1980.

In addition, we are enclosing the NRC agency analysis of the data provided, as requested on page five of your memorandum.
