Dear Sir:
Inservice Testing Program Portland General Electric Company (PGE) letters of January 26, 1988 and March 10, 1988 comitted to the submittal of Revision 1 to Topical Report PGE-1048, "Inservice resting Program for Pumps and Valves, Second 10-Year Interval". The revision was comitted to as corrective action for a Notice of Violation regarding the testing of air supply check valves in the Main Steam System. These valves have been added to the program on Sheet 13 of Table 4.1-1.
The revision to this Topical Report is attached for your review. Also attached are two sets of the Piping and Instrument Drawings I
on which the program is based.
Revision 1 contains two additional relief requests requiring Nuclear Regulatory Comission approval. These relief requests are located on
' Sheet 25 of Table 4.1-2 as Item D under the Component Cooling Water System and in Table 4.1-4.
Your approval of these relief requests is requested.
