Your agency shoulo have reviewed the routine uses associated with each of its record systems during the past year. Discuss results and a.iy actions taken.

In March 1986, all NRC system managers were requested to update the system of records for which they were responsible as part of the first revision and republication of the NRC Systems of Records notices in several years.

In some instances, system managers identified minor changes in the routine use category. The republication appeared in the September 18, 1986, edition of the FederalRegister(51FR33150).

Subsequently, the routine use category was expanded for two NRC Systems of Records, and the notification of new routine uses was published in the Federal Register on February 11, 1987 (52 FR 4426).
