88-65 On February 18, 1988, Laurence F. Friedman, Ph.D., C.H.P. & Mr. Waymon Wallace of this office conducted t safety inspection at your Dayton, New Jersey facility of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license.
The inspection was limited to a review of your possession and use of static eliminato s manufactured by the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M).
The findings of the inspection were discussed with Mr. Victor Coots, Dayton Plant Manager at the conclusion of the inspection.
During this inspection, a survey of your Dayten, New Jersey f acility for polonium-210 contamination was performed.
The survey included both flocr creas and equipment. No contaminstion above acceptable levels was found.
Within the scope of tnis inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Ptblic Document Room.
