In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Georgia Power Company hereby submits three copies of Amendment 10 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units 1 and 2 Physical Security and Contingency Plan.
By copy of this letter, two copies are being provided to the NRC Region II office.
Amendment 10 reflects the implementation of miscellaneous physical and administrative improvements related to the security plan.
Changes aescribed in cur letters dated March 4, 1988, March 21, 1988, May 16, 1988, and June 1, 1988 are incorporated by this amendment.

The revised security plan pages follow Enclosure 2.
