Request for License Amendment Gentlemen:
Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) hereby proposes to amend the Seabrook Station Operating License by incorporating the proposed changes, provided as Enclosure 1 into the Seabrook Station Technical Specifications.
The proposed changes represent a combination of Generic Letter 88-06 l
(Reference (c)) and the present NHY organizational structure. These organizational changes reflect a realignment of responsibilities within New Hampshire Yankee and were discussed with the Staff at a May 4, 1988, meeting
[ Reference (b)).
Based upon the fact that the proposed changes are administrative in nature, NHY has determined that they do not involve a Significant Hazards Consideration parsuant to 10CFR50.92.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR170.12(c), the application fee of
$150.00 is encloced herein.
