0; QT%g Thank you for your letter of December 19, 1980, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated December 4,1980.
As a result of our review, we find that additional information as discussed with you by telephone on January 7,1981 is needed. Relative to your letter of December 19, 1980, no mention was made as to what corrective steps would be taken to avoid any further violations. We also noted that your written reply to said Notice of Violation was not submitted under oath or affirmation as originally requested in the last paragraph of the above mentioned Notice .
of Violation and as required under the authority of Section 182 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Please provide us with said affirmation or oath on all replys applicable to items outlined in the Notice of Violation such that this requirement can be satisfied.
You should submit the above requested information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
