Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is in response to the inspection conducted by S. Hare and B. Drouin of your office on February 1-19, 1988 of activities at Zion Nuclear power Station.
The referenced lette* indicated that certain activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requiremer.ts.
Commonwealth Edison Company's response to this violation is provided in the Attachment to this letter.
