No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of DOA's application dated May 16, 1983, as supplemented October 3 and 21, 1983.
The certificate has been revised to it.clude Section 7, Operating Procedures, and Section 8, Acceptance Tosts and Maintenance Program, of the May 16, 1983, application as conditions of the certificate.
The certificate of compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires July 31, 1993.
