I have reviewed the referenced memo and have the following comments:

In general other than allegations at Femi and Davis-Besse, the significance of the allegations are low and do not warrant imediate review f
and closure, i
2.
Of the a6 allegations for Branch 3 plants (excluding chilling effect at Davis-Besse) 13 are assigned to O! and we have no control over them.

Some allegations such as (RIII-87-A-0126 followup by Vendor Branch),
(RIII-84-A-0010 RIII-86-A-0159 awaiting DOL) are not within RIII control.

Most allegations have been worked to some extent and reassigning to a Task Force would cause redundancy of review.

The only sites where assistance could be useful at this time is Femi
}
2 and Davis-Besse. Headquarters (QAP) is following some of the Fermi 2 allegations. Jim McComick-Barger is slated to review the QC wars allegations at Davis-Besse.
I would be somewhat concerned if Grobe and Weil were asked to push to get allegations resolved. This seems like this would be in conflict with tile role they now have (as QC) to ensure that allegations are not closed until all l
elements are completed.

If we want to reduce allegation closure time, DRP could use manpower at femi 2 and Davis-Besse.
