Dear Mr. Murley:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison is hereby applying for an amendment to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-37, NPF-66, NPF-72 and NPF-77, Appendix A, 'rechnical Specifications.
The purpose of.this' amendment is to removethefixedF,fttheF limits in Specification 4.2.2.2.e and substitute the requiroment to subm limits to the NRC via a Peaking Factor Limit xy Report in accordance with Specification 6.9.1.9.
Included with this proposed change are typographical corrections and a title change in the Administrative Controls section, page 6-21.
Attachment A contains the proposed change to specification 4.2.2.2 and corrections to page 6-21.
Attachment B contains background information regarding the proposed change.
j The proposed technical specification change has been reviewed and approved by both On-site and Off-site review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company procedures. We have reviewed this amendment in accordance with 10CFR 50.02(c) and determined that no significant hazards consideration exists. Our evaluation is documented in Attachment C.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its i
