Attached is a copy of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) issued for Plant Vogtle - Unit 1, on January 16, 1987.
It has been in effect for more than one year and has been found to be satisfactory.
The Unit 1 EPP is also applicable to the operation of both the Vogtle units.
It is, therefore, being submitted unchanged as the proposed Unit 2 EPP for inclusion as Appendix B to the operating license.
