Dear Sirs:
This letter conveys Public Service Company of Colorado's request for a 30 day extencion in submitting Revision 21 to the Fort St.
Vrain Physical Security Plan in response to Notice of Violation 267/8729-
- 01. This requ"t is based on the following circumstances:
Reviseo pages to Revision 19 of the Fo"t St. Vrain Physical Security Plan are being submitted to NRR in response to the remaining items concerning the uninterruptable power supplies for alarm annuciating and non portable communications equipment.
Revised pages to Revision 20 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan are being submitted to Region IV in response to items of concern raised during its 10 CFR 50.54(p) review.
The above items should be completed, transmitted to the respective NRC office and approval received prior to the submission of Revistor. 21. This is advisable since items in the revised pages of the two prior revisions will impact upon any compensatory actions developed in Revision 21.
