CITIZEN COMMENT RE EMERGENCY PLANNING RULE I received a phone call this afternoon (2/27/87) from the following individual:
Paul Lozowsky 94 Route 112 Patchogue, New York He asked that the record contain his views as follows:
He represents 7,000 business owners in Long Island.
The Shoreham plant area could not be evacuated in 1970.
Construction began on the plant in 1973.
The Plant area can not be evacuata.d in 1987 or in the year 2000.
He does not support the proposed emergency planning rule change.
