Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission

3 (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 2 2 to $acility Operating LE License No. DPR-3 issued to Yankoo Atomic Electric Company which revised U2 Technical Specifications for operation of the Yankee Nuclear Power Station located in Rowe, Massachusetts. The amendment is effective as of.its date of issuance.

This amendment changes the restrictions in the Technical Specifica-

tions relating to the allowable fraction of full power.
