Dear Administrative Judges:
I am enclosing copies of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution's Motion for Clarification or Reconsideration and NECNP's Response to Applicants' Anpeal and Petition for Directed certification, Dated June 28, 1988, which was filed before the Appeal Board today.
Copies have been served on the parties to the Seabrook onsite technical and emergency planning proceeding.
The Motion for Clarification or Reconsideration also includes two attachments which have been served on the Applicants and Staff, as well as docketing and service.
Because of reproduction costs, however, they were not served on all parties to the service list.
We will serve copies of those attachments on the request of any party to this proceeding.
