Gentlemen:
Haddam Neck Plant Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1, 2, and 3 Response to NRC Bulletin 87-02, Supplement 1, "Fastener Testing to Determine Conformance with Applicable Material Soecifications" Reference (1) requested a list of suppliers and manufacturers used by each licensee in the past ten years to supply fasteners including types and material specifications for those fasteners. Due to the large number of man-hours which would have been required to compile the requested information, the NRC Staff was contacted for clarification.
Reference (2) documents that convenation and commits us to supply a list of safety-related fastener suppl w s with typical material specifications.
That list it included as.
In addition, we have included a list of nonsafety-related suppliers without material specifications (Attachment 2). The list of safety related fastener suppliers includes those vendors that are identified in our Category I supplier listing; i.e.,
all suppliers who have ever supplied QA material to us.
