Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 178, Rev. 1 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b)(1), enclosed is one (1) original, and in addition ten (10) conformed copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 178, Rev. 1.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Bureau of Radiation Protection.
Rev.1 consists only of a change on page 6-1 of the Technical Specifications.
Specifically, 6.2.1.3 and 6.2.2.1 were revised to indicate specific management positions in place of an unspecified managenent position.
Therefore please replace previously submitted page 6-1 with page 6-1 enclosed in this letter.
All other items contained in previously submitted Technical Specification Change Request 178 remain unchanged.
