This is a modified version of the requalification plan submitted to you on October 21, 1987 and incorporates changes required in your letter of March 10, 1988, t

Since the scope of the cperating test has been

expanded, the separate oral facility walk-around exam listed in section 0.1 of our October 21, 1987 plan has been eliminated as a separate exam and is now a i
part of the operating test (see Section F.1.n in the plan dated March 23, i
1988).
This makes our plan conform more closely to the exams described in 10 l
CFR 55.59.
