REVISION 20 TO SECURITY PLAN Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 20 to the Palisades Security Plan. The changes made in this ravision are in response to NRC letter dated March 17, 1988 which provided comments on the Palisades Plant Security Plan Revision 19 submittal, which described false / nuisance alarm rates.
Consumers Power Company has determined that the changes made to the Palisades Security Plan to address NRC comments, do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
