50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNITS 1 AND 2 - MICR0 BIOLOGICALLY INDUCED CORROSION (MIC) PROGRAM - SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE On January 20, 1988, TVA submitted the SQN MIC program and the technical basis for the piping structural integrity evaluations performed under this program for your review. Sections IV and VI of enclosure 1 and items 2 and 3 of enclosure 3 from the January 20, 1988 letter identified two Preventive Maintenance (PM) Instructions, PMs 2240 and 2241, which were to be issued to monitor MIC growth.
The identification numbers for these PMs were incorrect.
The correct PM numbers are 2241 (in place of 2240) and 2242 (in place of 2241).
The subject PMs have been issued by TVA.
