In accordance with Generic Letter 87-07, and 10 CFR Parts 55.31(a) and 55.59(c). Toledo Edison is hereby certifying that the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1, Operator Training Programs are accredited by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operationn (INPO) and use a systees L
approach to training.
This accreditation was granted by the National Acadeny for Nuclear Training on December 11, 1986. Therefore, Toledo Edison is substituting the training programs which are accredited and utilize a systems approach to training for both the initial and requal-ification training programs previously approved by NRC.
