Provide a summary document to the NRC by August 30, 1988, which:
(a) Provides the rationale for concluding that the revised PRA will conservatively reflect the configuration of unit 2 at the time of restart.
(b)
Summarizes the changes made between the January 198'6 draft PRA reviewed by the staff in its October 1, 1987, letter and the September 1987 version.
