Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Phil.adelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-39.
This Application requests changes to the Limerick Technical Specifications to reflect proposed facility modifications involving the removal of the charcoal adsorber cooldown mode from the Reactor Enclosure Recirculation System and the Standby Gas Treatment System.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commissions Regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check in the amount of $150 to etver the filing fee for this Application.
