LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO ORDER OF MARCH 17, 1988 REQUESTING CLARIFYING INFORMATION By Order dated March 17, 1988, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board requested Licensee Philadelphia Electric Company and/or the NRC Staff to furnish by affidavit a response to six questions.
The Board stated that clarifying information was needed to permit it to decide the parties' submissions on the Licensee's motion for summary disposition.
In response to the Board's request, Licensee submits the attached affidavit of John S. Wiley,, Director of Nuclear Plant Chemistry Section, Philadelphia Electric Company.
