Dear Mr.Virgona:
s We have completed our review of the Radiological aHd Engineering Assessment dated January 28, 1988, for the commercial vicinity property GJ-18426-MR located at 2315 North First Street, Grand Junction, Colorado.
Based on our review, we conclude that the potential for long-term harm has been minimized to the extent practicable.
Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for the vicinity property which includes the application of supplemental standards to the vicinity properties as authorized by Criterion C of 40 CFR 192.21.
