This letter addresses the inspection of your facility at Pawtucket, Rhode Island conducted by Mr. R. N. Moist of this office on February 24-25, 1988, and the discussions of his findings with Mr. A. Madotan and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The purpose of the inspection was to gather information on silicone rubber cable produced for Tennessee Valley Authority during the timeframe 1979-1980.
Areas e).cmined during the NRC inspection and our firidings are discussed in the enclosed report. This inspection consisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet NRC requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Comission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
