My f amily haa urged me to write to you expressing our joint (5) support in favor of the proposed rule that would allow nuclear power plants to continue with low power testing while details of E planning are being worked out.

The logic is compelling and evident.

The down side is nill Seabrook is ready, safe and much needed.
